I think it’ll be an incredible finish line to work towards, but if you just want to run to get in shape you can skip it. (The virtual Race will offer a medal, bib and t-shirt – so it’s an extra fee.)

Running trainer Pep Talks and Q&A

Each week I’ll go live in the private FB group to review a running lesson or answer your Q&A. We’ll talk about running hot topics like… goal setting, nutrition, recovery, mental training and more.

Running changed my life. I started running to lose weight, but I ended up doing so much much more than that.

Yes, I lost weight. but I also – toned up, ran +60 half marathons, ran +30 full marathons, became a certified Running Coach, went to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a health Coach… and have spent years talking with runners just like you about what they need to transform their running and fitness.
